Job summary

Kanry Search, a leading US-based MNC specialising in semiconductor robotics and automation, invites applications for an Assembly Technician in Pasir Gudang, Johor. You will assemble precision components for semiconductor equipment and follow drawings, BOMs, and work instructions to ensure accuracy.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on assembly experience, reading engineering drawings, and strict adherence to ESD and cleanroom procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on precision assembly experience.
• Able to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Familiar with ESD controls and cleanroom procedures.
• Shift-based work readiness in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic components for semiconductor equipment.
• Follow drawings, BOMs and work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Perform installation, wiring, alignment and calibration per specs.
• Inspect components and escalate issues to senior staff.
• Record progress and production data in ORACLE or shopfloor systems.
• Support Lean manufacturing and 5S activities.
