Job summary

NXP Semiconductors Malaysia seeks a program leader to drive cost, supply, and quality improvements across product lines. You will own COGS management, SPA model PL changes, and serve as the primary contact for Assembly & Test, Global Operations, and Package Innovation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with semiconductor processes and tools like Power BI/Tableau; programming knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with flexibility in work assignments.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes and manufacturing.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs or sub programs for cost, supply, quality improvement.
• Own PL COGS management and SPA model PL Change management.
• Act as contact for Assembly & Test, Global Operations, Package Innovation, and Wafer Fab.
• Interface Quality/Marketing/Sales for PL changes and excursions.
