Job summary

NXP Semiconductors Malaysia is seeking an experienced planner to own and assure the quality of planning parameters across the I2 MDM scope for the full product portfolio. You will define standard processes with internal/external manufacturing, SCO, and BU/BL teams and align with S&OP and factory partners on time-phase improvements and system updates.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or information management
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in data management preferred
• Effective problem solving skills
• <2 years experience in supply chain management
• Basic understanding of planning systems (e.g., I2, SAP, capacity) and PowerBI
• Understanding of final semiconductor manufacturing from probe to test
• Effective communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Accountable for quality of planning parameters (yield, cycle time, usage rates) across I2 MDM for the full product portfolio
• Define and implement standard processes across internal/external manufacturing, engineering, SCO, and BU/BL for planning parameters
• Coordinate with S&OP, internal/external factory teams and BU engineering on time-phase improvement plans and system updates
• Coordinate with internal/external factory sites on data review
• Participate in system improvement projects (IE MDM)
