Job summary

NXP Semiconductors Malaysia is seeking a program leader to drive PL cost, supply, and quality improvements in the Kuala Lumpur site. You will own Product Line COGS management and SPA model, and serve as the change management contact for Assembly & Test, Global Operations, Package Innovation, and Wafer Fab.

The role requires a degree in engineering, strong teamwork and communication, and familiarity with semiconductor processes; experience with Power BI/Tableau and programming is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and high degree of flexibility in work assignments.
• Strong team player with leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of processes in semiconductor technology and manufacturing.
• Experience in power BI, Tableau, programming (C/C++/SQL/Python) preferred.

• Lead programs or sub programs as required by the business, for cost, supply, quality improvement
