Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Seller Operations Analyst to act as a strategic arbiter of platform health and the end-to-end seller journey. You will balance governance enforcement with initiatives that drive efficiency and seller growth, ensuring a fair, high-performing marketplace.

In this role you will review appeals, monitor seller behavior under policies, respond to inquiries, and lead SOP improvements and policy development with clear, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Analytical rigor with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Foundational knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Ability to interpret complex policies and apply them to real-world scenarios.
• Strong written communication to explain policy decisions.

Responsibilities

• Policy Governance & Appeals: Evaluate seller appeals and decide penalties.
• Operational Enforcement: Monitor seller behavior and apply actions per policy.
• Strategic Advocacy: Respond to CS inquiries on seller operations and compliance.
• Process Improvement: Audit SOPs and drive more efficient workflows.
• Policy Development: Propose seller policies to improve buyer satisfaction.
