Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in community engagement or programme management.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Able to travel out-of-state for work-related reasons.

Responsibilities

• Curate engagement plans for seller ecosystem across various channels.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Maintain records of programme OKRs and prepare reports for stakeholders.
