Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Interest in e-commerce and marketplace development.
• Internship experience in tech or e-commerce is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of seller performance in JBP/SBP programs.
• Monitor and report on seller KPIs and program compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align seller activities with platform goals.
• Assist key account managers with onboarding into programs and eligibility.
• Provide seller insights to inform program framework updates.
