Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Desaru Coast is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the hotel’s security team, ensuring guest safety, staff protection, and asset security. You will oversee daily operations, supervise Officers, coordinate patrols, monitor CCTV and alarms, and ensure SOPs are followed across all areas of the property.

The role requires 3–5 years in security with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or related field.
• Min 3–5 years of security experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in hospitality security operations and incident investigation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security team activities and shifts.
• Conduct patrols of hotel premises and monitor security systems.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, and prepare incident reports.
• Coordinate with local authorities as required.
• Maintain accurate security records and assist in event security.
