Aufgaben

• Protect company premises, employees, customers, visitors, and assets.
• Monitor entry and exit points and prevent unauthorised access.
• Conduct regular security patrols, spot checks, and safety inspections.
• Monitor access control, CCTV surveillance, and restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Assist with crowd control and emergency evacuations when required.
• Maintain accurate security logbooks, patrol records, and incident reports.
• Report misconduct, security breaches, suspicious activities, and safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, SOPs, and in-house rules and regulations.
• Conduct proper shift handovers and communicate outstanding security matters.
• Lead and coordinate security officers during the assigned shift.
• Conduct roll calls, assign security posts, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Guide, coach, and support junior security officers.
• Coordinate the initial response to security incidents and emergencies.
• Review security reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Escalate serious incidents promptly to the Security Supervisor.
• Assist management with investigations and other security-related matters when required.

Job Requirements

• Aged between 21 and 45 years old.
• Physically fit and able to perform security and patrol duties.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Alert, disciplined, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Able to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Previous security experience is an advantage.

For Senior Security Officer

• Relevant working experience in security operations is required.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCTV surveillance, access control, patrol procedures, and incident handling.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prepare and review security and incident reports.
