Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel security operations and ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, and visitors.
Monitor and manage security personnel, CCTV systems, and access control procedures.
Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments throughout the property.
Handle incidents, emergencies, and investigations professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies, fire regulations, and local security requirements.
Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
Prepare security reports, incident documentation, and duty schedules.
Train and guide the security team on standard operating procedures and emergency response.
