Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a safety & security officer to oversee general safety and security of guests, associates and factory premises. The role includes patrolling, guarding, inspections, emergency responses and guest handling.

Candidates with at least 1 year of safety & security experience in manufacturing, and SPM or equivalent, are preferred. Flexibility for public holidays and management needs is required; MS Office and driving license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum safety & security experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SPM or equivalent qualification required.
• Flexibility to work on public holidays and as required by management.
• Advantage if candidate has MS Office skills.
• Advantage if candidate possesses a valid driving license.
• Advantage if candidate has neat grooming and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure general safety & security of guests, associates and factory premises.
• Patrol, guard, inspect and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Handle guests and manage safety & security practices.
• Provide additional safety & security services as required by operations.

The role inclusive daily operational service such as patrolling, guarding, inspection, emergency responses, guest handling, wildlife handling, safety & security practices and other equivalent roles

Responsible for general safety & security of guests, associates and property belonging to factory

Provide other safety & security services require by operations from time to time

Requirement :

Experience minimum of 1 year safety & security in Manufacturing Industry

Possess SPM and any equivalent

Flexibility and able to work during Public Holiday and anytime required by Management

Advantage for candidate possess the ability and have skills in MS Office

Advantage for candidate possess complete driving license

Advantage for candidate with attractive character, neat grooming and hygiene standards

Must have adhered to employee medical and safety requirements
