Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory in Johor Bahru is seeking an diligent Security Guard to safeguard the factory environment and staff. You will patrol premises, monitor surveillance, inspect access points, and enforce security procedures to prevent loss or disturbance.

Candidates should hold at least SRP/SPM or equivalent, have 1–2 years of security experience, be physically fit, and possess a valid Class D licence with own transport. Shift work and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SRP/SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Security Guard.
• Able to work shift schedules and overtime when required.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Possess own transportation.
• Hold a valid Class D driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of the factory environment and its employees.
