Job summary

CJ Century Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Security Officer to lead security risk assessments, ensure workplace compliance, and implement ISO-based management systems across five warehouse sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in risk and security management, with knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, and familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 2800 standards in a leading logistics environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessment on identified risks for work processes at CJ Century premise
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory bodies, standards and guidelines
• Implement and control ISO 45001 and ISO 2800 management systems
• Carry out inspection of security workplace and take appropriate action to ensure compliance across 5 sites warehouse
• Respond to and investigate concerns and complaints from workers and employers
• Investigate security accidents that occur in the workplace
• Review the work of subordinates to ensure adequacy of service and department standards are met
• Recommend changes in procedures, policies and related legislations
• Prepare various reports and documents, process legal documents, manage personnel and conduct staff training and development
• Ensure facility, employee and company security
