Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Tebrau, Johor, seeks a vigilant security professional to join our site team as a security coordinator. You will support the Security Executive with incident response, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with our security program.

You will train contract security personnel, inspect devices such as sensors and alarms, review incident reports, and coordinate with operations teams, customers, vendors, and authorities. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse security or logistics.
• Experience with TAPA FSR audits is required.
• Willing to work in Tebrau, Johor and on shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist Security Manager with incident response and corrective actions.
• Train contract security personnel.
• Inspect security gadgets and verify functionality.
• Read and compile incident reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly security reports.
• Liaise with customers, operations teams and authorities on security matters.
• Perform duties as directed by Security Executive and Assistant Security Manager.
