Job summary

Tan Chong Group is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, patrols and access control at our facilities. You will coordinate Cash-in-Transit activities and monitor CCTV/SOC to safeguard assets.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable communication, and the ability to respond quickly to incidents. Experience with risk management and SOP compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, supervision or enforcement.
• Knowledge of CCTV/SOC operations and Cash-in-Transit (CIT) is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work shifts and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations, patrolling and access control.
• Coordinate and monitor Cash-in-Transit (CIT) activities and ensure safe handling of cash and valuables.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms and other systems at the Security Operations Centre (SOC).
• Identify security risks and take preventive and corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, breaches and suspicious activities.
• Maintain daily security reports and related documentation.
• Assist with investigations, audits and security-related activities.
• Conduct security briefings and ensure compliance with SOPs and duty rosters.
• Identify training needs and support the development of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations, patrolling and access control.
• Coordinate and monitor Cash-in-Transit (CIT) activities and ensure safe handling of cash and valuables.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms and other systems at the Security Operations Centre (SOC).
• Identify security risks and take appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, breaches and suspicious activities.
• Maintain daily security reports, incident logs and related documentation.
• Assist with investigations, audits and security-related activities.
• Conduct security briefings and ensure compliance with duty rosters and SOPs.
• Identify training needs and support the development of security personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in security operations, supervision or enforcement.
• Experience in CCTV/SOC operations and Cash-in-Transit (CIT) will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of security procedures, risk management and incident handling.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work shifts and respond effectively to security incidents.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
