Job summary

Public Mutual Berhad is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations in Muar, Johor. You will supervise staff and actively drive agency development, including sales, recruitment and business development.

You will conduct training sessions, presentations, and talks to enhance both staff and client engagement. The role requires a degree and at least 6 years of experience in banking, insurance or unit trust.
