Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking a Security Assistant / Security Head for AEON Big Puchong Utama to help ensure that cashier transactions follow procedures, support smooth checkout operations, and maintain high customer service and asset protection standards.

The role includes assisting customers at cashier counters, patrolling the store, responding to incidents, and supporting staff to prevent theft while upholding company safety and cleanliness policies.

Responsibilities

• Customer satisfaction: greet and assist customers, help at cashier counters, ensure safety of customers and staff.
• Organization efficiency: maintain uniform, keep area clean, protect assets, ensure merchandise not damaged and return items to place, report incidents.
• Employee training and development: participate in assessments and trainings, monitor for shoplifters, safeguard assets.

Security Assistant / Security Head (AEON Big Puchong Utama)

Responsibility :
To ensure that all cashier transactions run according to procedures in order to achieve sales target.

Responsible for the smooth operation at the check-out counters.

To ensure all cash flow management procedures are followed strictly.

To ensure the customer service level is maintained at the highest level through efficient communication and maintenance of the services and products to customers.

1. Customer Satisfaction

To greet and assist cheerfully customers who need assistance

To assist customers at cashier counters

Ensure the safety of customers as well as the safety of the staff

2. Organization Efficiency

To be in clean, well-groomed when in uniform.

Able to be highly motivation.

To maintain and protect Company’s asset

Cleanliness to be strictly followed and practice always.

To ensure merchandise not damage or handled aggressively.

To pick up merchandise those are found at other location and put back at their respective place.

To ensure merchandise are well handled and report on any incident.

To always on the lookout for criminals at the entrance to the store.

To assist store staff in dealing with criminal offenders.

To carry out car park patrols to prevent car crimes.

3. Employee training and Development

To participate in any Assessment or Performance Review conduct

To participate in any training activities being assigned to

Always on a lookout at suspected shoplifter, hooligans etc.

To respect and safeguard company’s assets and properties.
