Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking energetic retail staff to join our Fashion Retail & Department Stores network. You will assist customers, advise on products, keep counters tidy, and promote sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, handling promotions, attending training, and supporting monthly stock checks. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or PR, 18+, with PMR/SPM/Certificate or Diploma, and willing to work shifts, weekends and

• At least SRP/PMR/SPM/Certificate or Diploma.
• Attractive personality and can communicate well.
• Age 18 years and above.
• Strong interest in retail.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibilities

• Provide good and friendly customer service.
• Advise customers on product selections.
• Keep premises clean and orderly.
• Understand customer needs and answer questions.
• Promote promotional products and sales.
• Prepare sales/promotional areas according to layout; ensure no garbage and POP materials are left out.
• Merchandise Meat/Seafood sections.
• Handle returns and liaise with suppliers for defective goods.
• Maintain counters for monthly stock-taking.
• Attend training sessions as required.

Provide the best service and wise use a mechanism to promote the sale of products.

Prepare sales / promotional area confirmed by the layout, ensure that no garbage / POP box and out-sufficient and adequate.

Prepare and provide merchandise for Meat/Seafood.

Doing P.A or return defective goods to the supplier.

Keeping counters for monthly stock-taking.

Attend training when necessary and required.

Job Requirements

• Have at least SRP / PMR / SPM / Certificate or Diploma
• Have an attractive personality and can communicate well
• Age 18 years and above
• Have a strong interest in retail
• Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
