Job summary

LC Waikiki in Ipoh is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy department, drive sales through excellent service and strict execution of LC Waikiki standards. You will work closely with the Store Manager to meet targets, oversee inventory accuracy, and maintain compelling visual merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.

The role requires Malaysian citizenship, 2+ years in retail management, financial awareness, problem solving, and the ability to inspire a diverse team in a multinational

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizenship is required.
• Excellent English (written & verbal) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial position.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive sales and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize section productivity and drive sales with commercial execution and excellent customer service.
• Work with Store Manager to meet goals within the section; oversee inventories with high accuracy.
• Provide leadership for the section team and ensure LC Waikiki standards are followed.
• Establish and maintain high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with corporate standards.
