LC Waikiki is seeking a Store Manager in Malaysia to lead the store team, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and sales execution to meet targets while managing costs and shrinkage.

Drive performance and growth via excellent operational and commercial execution.
Establish and maintain superb customer service and satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of store layout and visual merchandising per corporate guidelines.
Achieve sales targets, productivity per m2, and bottom-line profit objectives.
Control shrinkage and expenses while improving conversion rates.
