LC Waikiki is seeking a Stock Associate for our Ipoh store. You will lead a stockroom team, oversee stock deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory and replenishment, while supporting store operations and adherence to company standards.

The role requires a minimum of SPM, fluent English, and at least 2 years of retail experience in a similar position. Malaysian applicants preferred in a multinational retail environment.

Competenze

• Must have at least SPM qualifications.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of retail experience in a similar role.
• Able to demonstrate operational agility to meet business needs.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.
• Malaysian only.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate receiving shipments and place products to sales area on time.
• Maintain inventory levels, process stock intake, and ensure regular replenishment.
• Organize storage processes and maintain receiving paperwork controls.
• Support stock-to-sales processes: shipment receiving, security tagging, and floor-ready product preparation.
• Provide leadership for the stockroom team and uphold LC Waikiki stockroom standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Section Teams to align front and back of store stock management.
• Submit regular reports on daily store operations performance.
