Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced executive secretary to manage meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and coordinate with authorities and auditors. Candidates should hold a Diploma/Degree in Corporate Secretarial or related fields, be pursuing ICSA/MAICSA, and demonstrate fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus

Organizing, coordinating, and attending Meetings and preparing agenda, board papers, circular resolutions, reports, and minutes of meeting timely.
Liaising and coordinating with the relevant authorities, external company secretarial firm, external legal advisers, and internal/external audit function, as required from time to time as well as assisting in the preparation of reports.
Managing, handling, assisting, and/or overseeing all statutory, regulatory, and internal audit matters, statutory audits for year-end, drafting of the relevant reports, non–financial compliance requirements, follow-up on action plans for any outstanding audit issues, etc.
Providing full executive support to the CEO in diary management, administration, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and working on specific projects and research as required.
Providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative function
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in matters concerning the CEO.
