Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources seeks a Southeast Asia Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead cross-border SSC initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. You will partner with SSC management to shape strategic analysis, drive business transformation, and accelerate impact of shared services operations.

You will oversee acquisition integrations, operating model evolution, and systems improvements, embedding change management and driving measurable benefits

Qualifications

• University graduate with 8–12 years of PM experience, regionally exposed.
• Certifications such as PMP/CPA are advantageous.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition integration: define target operating model and roadmap.
• Lead strategic transformation programs with measurable benefits.
• Governance across workstreams with risk, scope, budget management.
• Design new ways of working and drive change adoption.
• Stakeholder management at regional and country levels.
• Identify opportunities to scale SSC delivery and standardize processes.
• Demonstrate strong project management and cross-functional engagement.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities; effective communication.
