GEP Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager – Procurement Consulting to lead end‑to‑end procurement transformation and strategic sourcing engagements across Southeast Asia. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders and guide project teams.

The role requires 6–10 years in procurement consulting, a Bachelor’s in a related field (MBA/CPSM/CPM a plus), and strong client‑facing skills. Travel across SEA is expected, with opportunities to shape GEP’s regional footprint.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in procurement consulting, strategic sourcing, category management or procurement transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA/master’s degree or certifications such as CPSM/CPM are a plus.
• Strong experience delivering traditional end‑to‑end procurement consulting projects across multiple categories and industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement consulting engagements across strategy, category management, sourcing and operating model transformation.
• Manage project workstreams from diagnostic through implementation and benefits realization.
• Develop category and sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation and savings initiatives.
• Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence and opportunity assessments to identify value.
• Support procurement operating model, process and governance design.
