Job summary

AGOS Asia Sdn Bhd is recruiting a senior Finance Transformation professional to lead FSSC and SSC transition projects for multinational clients in Malaysia. You will design to-be processes, implement best practices in finance functions, and manage cross-functional teams.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, exposure to global clients, and opportunities to mentor junior consultants while delivering complex finance system implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FSSC or Consulting.
• Experience in P2P, O2C and R2R processes.
• Experience in finance transformation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Governance.
• Project Management and roadmap development.
• Manage transition processes including knowledge transfer and training.
• Stakeholder engagement and KPI dashboard design.
