Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources Southeast Asia is seeking a Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead finance transformation and PMO efforts across SEA, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. You will partner with SSC leadership and business stakeholders to drive strategic analysis, design target operating models, and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in project management with strong regional exposure.
Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment or support functions (Finance, IT).
University graduate or Business school in Finance, Accounting, IT, CS.
Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
PMP/CPA or financial system-specific certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end acquisition integration into SSC operations with target operating model and value realisation plan.
Lead transformation programmes aligned to SEA priorities with clear outcomes and milestones.
Establish governance across workstreams (scope, risk, dependencies, budget, timeline).
Design and embed new operating models, driving change management, communications, and training.
Influence regional and country leadership to secure sponsorship and resolve escalations.
Identify opportunities to standardise delivery and build repeatable playbooks for future integrations.
