Job summary

GEP Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Manager – Procurement Consulting to lead strategic client engagements and drive regional growth across Southeast Asia. You will oversee complex procurement transformations, advise senior executives, and expand GEP’s footprint in Malaysia and the broader SEA market.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage project economics and foster cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with stakeholders across consulting, software and managed services.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in procurement consulting, procurement transformation, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline; MBA/master’s degree or CPSM/CPM certifications are a plus.
• Strong track record leading end-to-end procurement consulting engagements and delivering measurable savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, end-to-end procurement consulting and transformation programs across strategy, sourcing, category management, and operating model transformation.
• Own small to mid-scale engagements from business development through delivery and benefits realization.
• Advise CPOs, CFOs and senior stakeholders on procurement strategy and value creation.
• Design operating models, governance structures, processes and transformation roadmaps.
