Job summary

ANTA Sports seeks a dedicated trainer to design and implement Southeast Asia (SEA) retail training programs for the Wilson brand. You will study guidelines from headquarters and adapt them to SEA markets, preparing materials, conducting workshops, and coordinating with regional teams.

You will identify regional training needs, develop calendars, keep records, and travel regionally to ensure training standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 3 years of retail experience; Manager level requires 2 years of people management.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English to liaise with China and SEA teams.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design SEA retail training programs for Wilson brand.
• Localize guidelines to SEA market needs.
• Prepare training materials and conduct workshops.
• Identify regional training needs and prepare calendar.
• Travel across the region to deliver training standards.
• Train-the-trainers in stores and develop in-store tool kits.
• Submit reports to the Retail team and management with findings and solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
