Global Payments Inc. is seeking a People Delivery Partner SEA to join the People, Culture and Change (PCC) team.

You will deliver HR support across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, ensuring a compliant and employee-centric experience throughout the lifecycle. The role requires 5–10 years in HR Generalist roles, experience in SEA markets, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with HR systems such as Workday.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across SEA markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in HR systems such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR support across the employee lifecycle for SEA employees and managers.
• Partner with PCC and business stakeholders to deliver processes accurately and compliantly.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, onboarding, offboarding, and data changes.
• Drive process improvements and HR system enhancements.
• Serve as local PCC contact for employee relations and escalate complex cases.
• Collaborate with managers on performance, engagement, workforce planning and organizational changes.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
