Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in Malaysia seeks a SEA GBS Finance Manager to lead regional finance operations across SEA, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. You will oversee governance, reporting, treasury, and performance management while guiding a team of four.

This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, manages AOP, working capital, and regional financial performance initiatives, and drives ERP optimization, SOX controls, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a regional GBS or Finance Manager role.
• Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multi-country finance operations within Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for SEA, ensuring accuracy of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, and working capital performance across SEA.
• Supervise AP/AR functions and credit governance across the region.
• Drive ERP optimisation, automation, and BI reporting, and support audits and SOX controls.
