Job summary

Fortive, through Fluke, seeks a Business Development Manager for Data Center Solutions across SEA to accelerate sales, expand market presence, and convert opportunities into projects. You will partner with customers, consultants, EPCs, hyperscalers, colocation operators, and channel partners to drive targeted growth.

You will develop opportunities, influence specifications, and position Fluke solutions as the optimal choice for data center applications.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or application engineering, preferably in data centers.
Proven ability to develop opportunities, drive funnel conversion, and achieve revenue targets.
Strong English communication; willingness to travel across SEA.
Strong commercial and technical acumen.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and advance strategic opportunities across the data center ecosystem.
Build relationships with key customers, consultants, EPCs, and industry stakeholders.
Influence project specifications and solution adoption during development stages.
Drive funnel conversion by advancing opportunities through qualification, development, and closure.
Partner with channel partners and sales teams to win projects and grow accounts.
