Job summary

Fluke Corporation seeks a Business Development Manager to drive data center solutions sales across SEA. You will partner with customers, consultants, EPCs, hyperscalers, colocation operators and channel partners to create opportunities, win projects and strengthen market leadership through solution-based selling.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in business development or technical sales, a degree in engineering/business, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development, technical sales, or application engineering.
• Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, power systems, or test & measurement preferred.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities, drive funnel conversion and hit revenue targets.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen to understand and position complex solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to work in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance strategic opportunities across the data center ecosystem.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, EPCs, and industry stakeholders.
• Influence project specifications and solution adoption during development stages.
• Drive funnel conversion and close opportunities in collaboration with channel partners.
• Lead market development initiatives and gather competitive intelligence for SEA.
