Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks an SEA Career Development Specialist to support the CD process, coordinate with Career Advisors and Chairs, and deliver robust data-driven insights. You will collaborate with SEA, Asia Pacific, and Global HR teams to implement a new CD management system, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth meeting execution.

The role requires strong organizational skills, service orientation, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably in Performance Management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing large data sets and HR processes

Responsibilities

• Own the CD process end-to-end, from scheduling to agenda prep
• Prepare materials for career development meetings and coordinate logistics
• Ensure documentation is prepared and evaluations are calibrated
• Maintain confidentiality and manage data in CD system
• Generate reports and conduct data analysis for CD reporting
