Job summary

Boston Scientific Medical Device (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Analyst, Talent Management (contractor) to support the Head of Talent Management and drive regional initiatives across Southeast Asia.

You will help coordinate talent programs, maintain data, and deliver insights to measure succession, leadership development, and capability-building impact. You will partner with HR and business leaders across SEA to strengthen organizational capability and develop future talent to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a business partner.
• Strategic HR partner with geography-wide collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Management processes: talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, development planning, and talent assessments.
• Coordinate Learning & Development programs: leadership development, workshops, scheduling, communications, logistics, participant management.
• Provide talent and learning analytics: dashboards, reports, insights to support talent decisions.
