Kearney SEA is hiring a Junior Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. You will join lean, hands-on teams that co-create and implement solutions with clients across Southeast Asia, gaining responsibility quickly as you turn data and analysis into tangible results on the ground.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or final-year students (2026) with interest in consulting, analytics or finance, fluent in English, and eager to grow through mentorship and real client impact.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year student graduating in 2026.
• Prior experience in consulting, analytics, finance, or closely related industry/role is preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support project workstreams and teams with clients to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.
• Ensure project success by gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessments.
• Assist business development by generating proposals and supporting client opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal/external reports and articles.
• Participate in firm-building activities such as recruiting, training, and mentoring.
