Job summary

FlexiTalent China in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Endpoint Engineer to own Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune) environments, driving device lifecycle, security policies, and automation. You will work with security and IT teams to ensure a seamless experience across corporate and BYOD.

You will design MDM/MAM policies for Windows, iOS, and Android, enforce Conditional Access, and automate tasks with PowerShell while documenting solutions for ongoing reliability.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SCCM and Intune architecture, including co-management.
• Hands-on Windows client management (Windows 10/11) and OS deployment.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and config management.
• Solid understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and modern device mgmt.
• Experience scaling endpoints in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions (SCCM and Intune).
• Manage full lifecycle of Windows devices, incl. provisioning and patching.
• Design and implement MDM/MAM policies for iOS, Android, Windows.
• Collaborate with security to enforce device compliance and respond to incidents.
• Support enrollment for corporate and BYOD devices; optimize user experience.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and automate tasks with PowerShell.
• Document processes and mentor junior team members.
