Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Solutions Engineer focused on Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune). You will deploy, configure, and maintain our endpoint management stack to keep Windows devices secure, compliant, and productive in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities include managing device lifecycles, patching, software distribution, MDM/MAM policy enforcement, enrollment support for BYOD and corporate devices, and troubleshooting performance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with SCCM and Intune architecture and features.
• Proficient in Windows client management and PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience in enterprise-scale endpoint management is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 or MS-500 are a plus.

Mobile Device & App Management: Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.

Security & Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to enforce device compliance and data protection policies.

Enrollment & Deployment: Support the enrollment and policy deployment for both BYOD and corporate-owned devices.

Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of endpoint management systems.

Requirements

Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SCCM and Intune architecture and features.

Windows & Scripting: Proficient in Windows client management and PowerShell scripting.

Cloud & Modern Management: Solid understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Windows Autopilot.

Experience in enterprise-scale endpoint management is preferred.
