Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on operations leader to build and scale our operational foundations in a fast-moving environment. This is not a traditional COO role; we need someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves systems and data, and can turn chaos into process without slowing us down.

You’ll report to the CEO and work across Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Success to design scalable processes, governance, and dashboards that drive rapid growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven startup/scale-up experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, or related.
• 8–10 years of experience in scale-up or tech-driven company.
• Comfort with data systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute operational strategies for rapid growth.
• Build end-to-end processes, governance, and SOPs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Success.
• Drive productivity and cost efficiency using data and KPIs.
• Partner with CEO on strategic planning and org development.
• Identify risks and implement preventive controls.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership and speed.
