Job summary

cbs APAC is seeking an SAP Support Consultant for Extended Warehouse Management in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will resolve SAP EWM incidents, manage change requests, and support end-users with EWM processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in SAP EWM, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus, with a focus on meeting SLA commitments and delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management and strong understanding of EWM processes.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of ABAP or ability to perform basic debugging is an added benefit.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Incident Resolution: promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents with minimal operational disruption.
• Change Request Management: provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.
• Service Request Management: handle service requests and support end-users for EWM processes.
• Configuration and Customization: contribute to SAP EWM configuration and customization with the development team.
• Meeting SLA: ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.

Position:SAP Support Consultant - Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Location:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Module: Extended Warehouse Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.

• Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for Extended Warehouse Management processes.

• Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.

• Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management including strong understanding of EWM processes and integration with other SAP modules.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain business, or other related fields.
