Job summary

cbs APAC, a leading international consultancy, is seeking an SAP Analyst Service Desk to support SAP ECC, S/4HANA, FICO, SD, MM, and related modules in a Malaysia-based role. You will handle tickets, incidents, and service requests, while collaborating with a skilled team.

Training will be provided, and you will help prepare monthly utilization reports for Service Managers. The role demands IT/CS education and 1–5 years in IT support, with strong English communication and a customer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–5 years of experience in IT support or a service desk environment.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, SAP Solution Manager) is a plus.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the SAP Support Service Desk Team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of various support activities.
• You will handle technical support requests (via ticketing systems, email, phone, etc.) and classify them for further processing by the expert team.
• You will oversee the management of incidents and the service request process.
• You are expected to proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
• Friendly and experienced colleagues will provide training until you are ready to take on your responsibilities independently.
• You will also support the preparation of monthly utilization reports for Service Managers.
