Job summary

cbs APAC in Kuala Lumpur seeks an SAP Support Consultant - Logistics Sales & Distribution to join our team. Responsibilities include resolving SAP SD incidents, managing change requests, and handling service requests to keep SAP operations running smoothly.

You will contribute to configuration and customization of SAP SD, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to SLAs. A 3–5 year SD background and S/4HANA experience are preferred, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

3–5 years of SAP SD experience with strong SD process understanding and SAP module integration.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage.
ABAP knowledge or debugging capability is a plus.
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

Incident Resolution: promptly address and resolve SAP SD incidents with minimal business disruption.
Change Request Management: advise on solutions to meet business changes and ensure timely delivery.
Service Request Management: handle service requests with timely, end‑user support for SD processes.
Configuration and Customization: contribute to SD configuration and customization based on requirements.
Meeting SLA: collaborate with customers and teams to ensure timely follow‑up and resolution.
