Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is a plus.
• Ability to lead end-to-end SAP SD projects from blueprint to hypercare.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Design and configure SAP SD modules including sales orders, billing, pricing, credit management and delivery processes.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant to join Aitek Services Pte Ltd on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned consultant to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-value solutions in the Sales and Distribution domain. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will be responsible for leading complex SAP SD implementations and supporting our clients in optimising their business processes. This role offers the flexibility of contract work, allowing you to engage with diverse projects and organisations whilst leveraging your extensive expertise in SAP SD solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support
• Design and configure SAP SD modules including sales orders, billing, pricing, credit management, and delivery processes
• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and recommend optimal solutions aligned with client objectives
• Provide expert technical and functional guidance to development teams, business analysts, and client stakeholders
• Develop and validate test scenarios, test cases and documentation to ensure system quality and compliance with business requirements
• Support data migration strategies, cleansing and validation for seamless transition to SAP environments
• Deliver training sessions and create user documentation to ensure effective adoption of SAP SD solutions
• Troubleshoot complex business process issues and provide timely resolutions
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices across project teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions across multiple SAP modules

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in SAP SD consulting with a proven track record of successful implementations
• Deep technical and functional expertise in SAP SD module, including sales, distribution, billing and inventory management
• Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and strong understanding of SAP architecture and systems landscape
• Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle implementation projects from blueprint through to hypercare
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes within tight timelines
• Relevant SAP certifications (such as SAP Certified Associate or higher in SD) are highly desirable
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with ASEAN markets and experience working in Malaysia or the Southeast Asia region is preferred
