Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP SD consultant to gather business requirements and lead SAP SD implementation projects in a consulting capacity in Malaysia. You will design, configure, test, train users, and support go-live, focusing on Order-to-Cash, pricing, shipping, and billing processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to capability development while managing stakeholder expectations and delivering strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SAP SD implementation/support experience.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, pricing and billing processes.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with S/4HANA and other SAP modules.

Job description

Gather business requirements and analyze sales and distribution processes. Design, configure, and implement solutions in SAP SD. Manage full project lifecycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and post-go-live support. Configure and support core areas such as order management, pricing, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and customer master data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and BASIS. Lead workshops and provide strategic recommendations to business stakeholders. Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash cycles. Support pre-sales, proposals, estimations, and client presentations when required. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field. Proven experience in SAP SD implementation/support projects. Minimum experience of 2 years. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), sales operations, pricing, and billing processes. Experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery. Knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales. Experience in regional/global rollout projects. Knowledge of advanced ATP, FSCM Credit Management, EDI, or CRM integrations.
