Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant in Malaysia to drive SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across PP, GTS, EWM, or SD. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, implement and optimize SAP solutions that deliver operational excellence.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, workshops, and end-to-end delivery, with a focus on manufacturing, logistics, and trade compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years SAP consulting experience.
• 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PP, GTS, EWM and SD modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced SAP Functional Consultants specializing in SAP PP, SAP GTS, SAP EWM, or SAP SD to support enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise, hands-on system configuration experience, and proven success delivering multiple end-to-end implementations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, trade compliance, and order management environments. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP consultants to design, implement, optimize, and support SAP solutions that drive operational excellence and business value.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP implementations

• Partner with business process owners and key stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Provide guidance on process harmonization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and end-user training sessions.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Drive continuous process improvements and optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of business process design and optimization.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in PP, GTS, EWM, SD, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in global rollouts and SAP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience working in consulting environments.
• Exposure to Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience across manufacturing, logistics, retail, consumer goods, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
