Job summary

Adecco Staffing Recruitment in Malaysia is seeking a Project Management Office professional to lead in-country deployment of LDC releases. The role spans cross-functional coordination with country, NOCC, and HUB teams to drive on-time delivery and decision readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in country/NOCC/shared services functional role.
• Experience with global teams in a virtual setup and cross-functional projects.
• In-depth knowledge of processes within the relevant functional area.
• Experience managing a team directly or indirectly.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage country and plant stakeholders effectively.
• Strategic, pragmatic and hands-on approach with meeting facilitation and risk management.
• Ability to motivate people directly and indirectly.
• Commitment to modelling organisational values and behaviours.
• SAP S/4HANA familiarity, project coordination, Excel, PowerPoint, multitasking and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of LDC releases for functional business processes and ensure deliverables are completed.
• Collaborate with functional team members to understand and execute the agreed scope of each release.
• Define, allocate and coach the resources required for successful in-country deployment and delivery.
• Work with the Adopt Lead to ensure seamless interaction across expertise areas and activities above country level.
• Adhere to the LDC template and confirmed LSTRs within the deployment process area.
• Engage internal stakeholders on functional and deployment deliverables.
• Support user acceptance testing to enable local organisation endorsement and support positive Go decisions.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between functional and business experts across country, NOCC, HUB and related teams.
• Manage deployment plans, track progress, coordinate activities and manage risks to support successful delivery.
• Motivate and coach team members and stakeholders directly and indirectly throughout the deployment.
• Deployment coordination, tracking project activities and progress, stakeholder reporting, presentations, and working across regional time zones.

About the role

Lead the in-country deployment of LDC releases for functional business processes, ensuring agreed deliverables are met and enabling sustainable process solutions. The role works across functional and business expert communities, including country, NOCC and HUB teams, to coordinate deployment activities, support local organisation endorsement and enable positive Go decisions.

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in a country, NOCC or shared services functional role.
