Job summary

SNP Group is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP Data Migration solutions across the organization. You will define project scope, coordinate teams, and ensure timely, on-budget deployment of SAP systems.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with extensive SAP knowledge. Candidates should have end-to-end SAP implementation experience, including FICO/MM/SD modules, and certifications (PMP/SAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing SAP Data migration projects.
• Substantial end to end SAP implementation experience
• Preferably experience with system integration
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementations (e.g. SAP FICO, MM, SD).
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, business processes, and system integration.
• Excellent project management skills with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and handle high-pressure situations.
• SAP Project Management Certification (e.g., SAP Certified)
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or recent versions of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams of SAP consultants, business analysts, and technical staff.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders and partners; communicate status, risks, and issues.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; address issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, monitor expenditures.
• SAP System Integration and Deployment: Manage testing, validation, user acceptance, documentation, and post-implementation support.
