Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree (desirable).
• ITIL certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee SAP support operations, ensuring SLA and operational excellence.
• Manage vendor performance and service delivery outcomes.
• Drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate delivery-to-run transitions for new solutions.
• Engage stakeholders with clear communication on performance, risks, and priorities.
