Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an Application Delivery Manager (SAP S/4HANA) in Malaysia to drive SAP strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle management. You will lead delivery, oversee support operations, and coordinate between delivery teams, operations, and business stakeholders.

The role requires extensive SAP experience, ITIL familiarity, and strong vendor management, with a focus on delivering measurable business value and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree (desirable).
• ITIL certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee SAP support operations, ensuring SLA and operational excellence.
• Manage vendor performance and service delivery outcomes.
• Drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate delivery-to-run transitions for new solutions.
• Engage stakeholders with clear communication on performance, risks, and priorities.
