Job summary

AMK TECHNOLOGY LTD is seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Consultant to support procurement initiatives using P2P processes and SAP Ariba integration within SAP MM/S/4HANA.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and S/4HANA procurement, plus the ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and work with cross-functional teams including FI and Inventory/Warehouse. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience in Procurement / P2P.
• Hands-on SAP MM Procurement and/or S/4HANA Procurement.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in SAP implementations, rollout, enhancement, or support.
• Experience gathering requirements, functional design, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including FI and Inventory/Warehouse.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand business requirements related to Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Design and recommend SAP procurement solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Configure and support procurement processes within SAP MM / S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Ariba highly preferred, especially Ariba Buying, Sourcing, or Ariba-S/4HANA integration.
• Support end-to-end P2P processes, including PR, PO, GR, and Invoice Verification.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA / SAP MM, where applicable.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Lead or participate in SIT, UAT, defect management, and deployment/cutover activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot procurement-related issues.
• Engage with business users, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline procurement processes.

5) Experience in migration from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA Procurement/Ariba

We are looking for an experienced SAP Procurement Consultant to support and deliver SAP procurement initiatives across business and technology functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, with SAP Ariba experience preferred. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing procurement solutions, supporting implementation and integration activities, and working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
