INK IT Solutions in Malaysia seeks an experienced Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep SAP Procure-to-Pay and S/4HANA expertise to support procurement operations across the ANZ region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven expertise in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle processes and procurement operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP workflows, interfaces, enhancements, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes across purchasing, goods, and services procurement.
• Provide deep functional expertise in procurement management processes including Master Data Management and Business Partner Management.
• Define UAT criteria and execute testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, operational manuals, and support materials.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP P2P and FI/CO, MM, and SD.
• Troubleshoot integration and system issues and provide timely resolution.
• Manage SAP P2P process and configuration changes in line with governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to support procurement and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, support, andoptimizeSAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes acrosspurchasing, goods, and services procurement.

Provide deep functionalexpertisein procurement management processes including:

Master Data Management

Business Partner Management

Invoice Processing and Payments

Configure and support SAP P2P workflows, interfaces, SAP MM user exits, batch jobs,BAdIs, and standard SAP reporting capabilities.

Analyzebusiness requirements andidentifyopportunities to improve procurement efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Drive process improvements using SAP leading practices and standard capabilities.

Develop andmaintainprocess documentation, operational manuals, and support materials.

Ensure seamless integration between SAP P2P and other modules including FI/CO, MM, and SD.

Troubleshoot integration and system issues and providetimelyresolution.

Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and execute testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Perform quality assurance activities tomaintainsystem integrity and data accuracy.

Manage SAP P2P process and configuration changes in line with governance frameworks.

Ensure compliance with organizational change management processes.

Develop andmaintainreporting and analytics to support procurement and business decision-making.

Provide recommendations and insights for ongoing process enhancements.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure alignment and end-to-end integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in SAP ERP systems, with strong exposure toSAP S/4HANA.

ProvenexpertiseinSAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P)processes andSAP Materials Management (MM).

Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle processes and procurement operations.

Hands-on experience with SAP workflows, interfaces, enhancements, and integrations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience withSAP Cloud Platformand SAP applications such asSAP AribaandSAP Concur.

Experience with analytics and reporting tools such asSAP BIandTableau.

Knowledge of reporting, procurement analytics, and business intelligence best practices.

Experience delivering projects usingAgileand/orWaterfallmethodologies.
